Physiotherapie Inter

Services

We work across three areas. Which combination makes sense for you is something we settle at the first appointment — based on the assessment and on what your referral covers.

Physiotherapy

It starts with the assessment: how you move, where it restricts, and where the symptoms actually come from. Treatment follows from that. What happens between appointments matters just as much, so you leave with exercises that fit your actual day — and we adjust them as things change.

Therapeutic Exercise

Guided active exercise. After an injury, after surgery, or with symptoms that have not settled, the work is rebuilding strength, mobility and coordination — measured out, and in an order your body will accept. We correct the execution while it is still unfamiliar, so that later you can train on confidently by yourself.

Manual Therapy

Focused hands-on work at joints, muscles and nerves. When a joint stops cooperating, when movement is blocked, or when pain shuts down one direction of movement, we work exactly there — then pair it with active exercise so the mobility you gain actually stays.

Your first appointment

Bring your referral and comfortable clothing you can move in. On the first visit we take the time to do a proper assessment and talk through what the course of treatment should look like.
